Kodaline - High Hopes

I couldn't think of a better way to spend my time than to spend my time learning 'Don't Think Twice It's Alright' by Bob Dylan which is, to me, the most beautiful song ever written.

I've been neglecting my guitar for a while but now that I've finished University for the summer I have a lot of spare time, which is usually filled with looking after Aoife (my border collie), working on my other blog, seeing Rob, and seeing my friends, but when I get that spare hour I tend to spend it with my guitar.

I've missed playing, a lot. And now I seem to be attached to it, I love it when I begin getting creative with my guitar. I've missed you old buddy.

A Quick And Easy Recipe

Easy and simple to make is a pasta recipe I came  up with a few weeks ago. First get yourself some pasta, any type will do but I always chose bow tie pasta. And then follow these instructions;

Boil water (either in Kettle or on the hob), if you've used a kettle once the water is boiled place into pan and pour as much pasta as you want in.

Cook on the hob, until pasta is soft.

Pour in Dolmio Meatball Tomatoes & Chilli sauce, add Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto, I make mine with Salca but any will do.

The tiniest rain drop of Nando's Peri Peri sauce, and I mean the tiniest rain-drop. If you don't like spicy food then don't add the sauce.

A sprinking of black  pepper, oregano, and garlic salt.

Then add some grated Mozeralla cheeze, stir until hot

and Enjoy!
